So what is most suitable?
Smooth terrain and a short distance to travel, then 12-inch wheels will be fine with a smaller battery, so overall less weight. My commute is on smooth paths so I go for the smaller 12-inch wheels.
Not so smooth? then go for larger 14 or 16-inch wheels.
For an even longer commute, then look for something that has a greater battery capacity so that you still have enough juice to cover the distance.
Storage space at home, on transport and in the office will have a big bearing on your decision as well.
